Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a high school diploma.
• Ability to operate hand tools and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Must be able to drive a forklift and maintain safety standards.
• Good vision with or without correction and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment to produce type schedules.
• Follow requirements of applicable national and international regulations.
• Perform part inspections within specified frequency and process parameters.
• Set up and changeover production lines; perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records and organized work area.
• Assist with job changeovers and ensure adequate raw material supply.
• Adhere to Terumo Quality System; manage process controls, documentation, and change control.
• Troubleshoot production process and participate in performance improvement meetings.
