Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; or two to three years related experience of leading or managing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead others through prior experience
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret forecasting reports

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain staffing plans to align with production forecasts and ensure on-time delivery.
• Adjust schedules and staffing to meet production demands.
• Monitor team performance and create action plans for underperformers.
• Enforce safety and housekeeping policies and promote ergonomic improvements.
• Complete required safety, quality, and continuous improvement trainings and audits.
• Improve labor efficiency and deliverables by monitoring performance and addressing issues.
• Lead problem-solving efforts and present updates during weekly PAC walks.
• Assist HR with investigations and administer progressive discipline per guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement events focused on safety, cost, and quality.
• Onboard and train employees, including language support for non-English speakers.
