Job summary

Grimco, a family-owned manufacturer and wholesale distributor of sign supplies, invites qualified candidates for a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician on 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) at our Manchester, NH facility. You will help keep production equipment and facility systems running safely and efficiently through preventive maintenance, routine troubleshooting, and repairs.

The role requires diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, following procedures, recording work, and collaborating

Qualifications

• Requires practical mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand/power tools.
• Ability to diagnose routine manufacturing-equipment problems safely.
• Foundational understanding of mechanical/electrical/pneumatic concepts.
• Ability to read manuals and follow maintenance procedures and record work.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections of equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults; escalate complex issues.
• Repair/replace worn components (motors, belts, bearings, sensors) within capability.
• Use manuals and schematics to identify causes of recurring problems.
• Assist senior technicians with electrical controls, automation, and machine repairs.
