Job summary

Bodycote is seeking a safety-sensitive team member in Camas, WA. This role involves handling customer parts with care, operating forklift and crane equipment, and maintaining strict safety standards. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with overtime and shift work including evenings.

Eligible candidates must meet ITAR requirements and may receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Starting hourly pay ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• This position requires US Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holder for ITAR compliance.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• May be required to work overtime or weekends.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift operator certification.
• Must have attention to detail.
• Must be able to muti-task.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and carefully place customer parts onto, into or out of baskets, tubs, racks or other containers as required.
• Immediately report any unusual problem, irregularity or concern to HIP Operator, Supervisor or management.
• Practices and promotes safety and good housekeeping.
• Must be aware of environment concerns caused by process and report deficiencies to Supervisor.
• Performs other tasks as assigned or dictated by position.
• This position is responsible for the care and treatment of our customer’s inventory and as such will perform duties in a safe and responsible manner to prevent customer loss or damage.
• Must have the ability to report for work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co-workers, understand and follow rules and procedures and accept constructive criticism.
