Job summary

FANUC America Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production, ensure milestones are met, and drive quality and safety across shifts at the North Campus. The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, and continuous improvement.

This 2:00 PM–10:30 PM shift may include extended 10‑hour days, overtime, and occasional travel to other FANUC facilities. You will mentor technicians, conduct inspections, and maintain documented procedures to sustain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
• Ability to travel between FANUC facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach production teams to meet milestone dates with quality and safety first.
• Schedule manpower and coordinate weekend activities.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections; ensure FAC standards.
• Maintain and audit documented procedures.
• Support cross-shift meetings and travel between FANUC facilities (≤10%).
