Job summary

General ThermoDynamics, an API Heat Transfer Company, is hiring General Laborers for the Iron Ridge, WI facility on the 2nd shift. You will assist with hands-on manufacturing and material handling tasks to support heat exchanger production in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions in a team setting. No prior experience required, but general labor or manufacturing background is a plus. Training is provided and potential for overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior manufacturing or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production and assembly of heat exchanger components
• Support machine operations, including furnaces, fin machines, welding equipment, and stackers
• Load, unload, and move materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Perform basic inspections to ensure product quality standards are met
• Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with 5S standards
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions
• Assist with packaging and preparing orders for shipment
• Cross-train and work in multiple departments as needed

Education
