Job summary

Accelera in Universal City, TX is actively seeking Manufacturing Assemblers to support the production and assembly of custom insulation and acoustic products. This role requires hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with emphasis on quality and safety.

Responsibilities include assembling components, performing pre- and final assembly, following work instructions, and maintaining clean, organized work areas.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production or assembly experience preferred
• Comfortable working with hand tools and industrial materials
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable attendance is required
• Ability to work the full 2nd-shift schedule
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive production work
• Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and materials according to work instructions and specifications
• Perform pre-assembly and final assembly of manufactured products
• Measure, position and prepare materials for production
• Use basic hand tools and production equipment as required
• Follow drawings, work orders and production instructions
• Inspect materials and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Maintain production and quality standards
• Keep work areas clean, safe and organized
• Work closely with sewing, production and other manufacturing team members
• Assist in other production areas as needed
