Job summary

Amphenol Industrial Operations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform installation, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on production equipment. You will collaborate with engineering to minimize downtime and optimize productivity, while adhering to safety standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1 year of maintenance experience, strong problem solving and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Schedule: Mon-Thu 3:30pm-2:00am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of maintenance technician experience or similar.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring problems.
• Work with electrical systems, motors, sensors, and control panels while following safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic systems including hoses, fittings, valves, and actuators.
• Make precise adjustments to machinery to optimize performance and ensure quality production.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on equipment maintenance and parts inventory.
• Communicate equipment status and maintenance needs with team and supervisors.
