Job summary

TGG Accounting is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift to join a highly automated manufacturing operation in Webster, NY. This role offers the chance to grow skills in robotics and automated equipment in a brand-new facility opening this September.

Interviews and training will occur at the current facility nearby before moving to the new plant. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience and a strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, bearings, or similar equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or manuals.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Willingness to learn robotics and automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime and maximize production.
• Assist with maintaining automated production equipment, robotics, and conveyors (training provided).
• Troubleshoot motors, sensors, bearings, drives, and other machine components.
• Read blueprints, schematics, equipment manuals, and technical documentation.
• Perform equipment inspections and document maintenance activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability.
