Job summary

Comprehensive Logistics (CLI) seeks a 2nd Material Technician to join our high-precision maintenance team in Denton, TX. You will install, maintain, and repair production equipment, read manuals, and perform preventive maintenance to keep lines running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, strong PLC/electrical/pneumatic skills, OSHA certification preferred, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision on a weekend shift.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience; strong PLC, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical/electronic, and industrial skills required.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30-Hour Certification preferred.
• Able to use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling/mobile equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant facilities.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust.
• Perform plumbing, maintenance, and carpentry tasks.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical/pneumatic, electronic, and hydraulic systems on production equipment.
• Read and interpret manuals and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Ensure safety compliance and keep work areas clean and organized.
