Job summary

Leprino Foods is seeking Maintenance Technicians at our Allendale, Michigan facility to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and systems critical to production uptime. The role covers mechanical, electrical, PLC, VFD, pneumatic, and instrumentation tasks, with second shift 2:00 PM–10:30 PM and a $1/hour night-shift premium for hours 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, plus overtime as needed.

The ideal candidate will read schematics, perform preventive maintenance, and support a 24/7 operation

Qualifications

Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment documentation.
Experience with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
Comfort with lifting over 75 pounds and working in a 2nd shift environment (2:00 PM–10:30 PM).

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, and compressed-air systems.
Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, ladder logic, and related automation systems.
Install, modify, and maintain plant equipment and facility systems.
