Job summary

Ignite Human Capital LLC is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance Technician on the 2nd shift in Pomona, CA. The role installs, troubleshoots, and maintains production and facility equipment to support uptime.

You will follow safety and preventive maintenance programs, perform emergency repairs, and document issues. Requires 4+ years in manufacturing maintenance, an associate degree or apprenticeship, and strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Clear communicator who takes initiative and works well independently on shift.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment.
• Handle emergency and unscheduled repairs during production runs and perform scheduled maintenance during service windows.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Perform basic machinist duties, plus general plumbing and carpentry tasks.
• Use hand and power tools, electrical meters, and material handling equipment.
• Identify faulty operations or defective materials and report issues to supervision.
• Follow all safety regulations and keep work areas clean and organized.
