Job summary

Super Radiator Coils, a leading family-owned manufacturer in the Midlothian, VA area, is expanding its production team and seeking a mechanically minded individual for equipment set-up and operation. The role includes maintaining production machines, performing preventive maintenance, and conducting repairs to keep high-precision heat exchanger manufacturing running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of manufacturing experience with strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and some Electrical/PLC understanding.
• High school diploma or GED with completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and facility equipment at main and satellite sites.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance and TPM outages; provide emergency repairs as needed.
• Read and interpret equipment documents and follow work orders to perform service tasks.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test, and adjust until resolved; conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and report safety issues; coordinate with contractors as needed.
• Support maintenance and production teams to ensure efficient daily operations.
