Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; electrical/mechanical knowledge beneficial.
• 0–3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, welding, and rigging.
• Commitment to continuous learning and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining equipment and troubleshooting issues.
• Perform routine inspections and basic repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Support machine setup and production changeovers.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly and document issues.
• Follow safety standards and quality protocols to exceed production standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve reliability and uptime.
• Identify and report abnormal or dangerous equipment conditions.
• Observe safety precautions and handle chemicals and hazards properly.
• Occasionally travel to nearby locations as required.
