Job summary

Agile, a proud member of Home Brands Group LLC, is hiring a Facility Technician in Phoenix, AZ. The role ensures all equipment runs smoothly, with quick root-cause troubleshooting and a flexible, team-based environment.

The position shifts to 2nd shift (1:00 pm–9:30 pm) after training, with opportunities for professional growth, safety focus, and collaborative problem solving in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED (2-Year Technical Degree Preferred)
  • Basic computer and mathematical skills
  • Self motivated, Mechanically inclined person
  • Entry Level role
  • Prior Forklift experience, and willing to get certified through us
  • Demonstrated aptitude in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Welding
  • Experience in troubleshooting automation systems and PLCs is a plus
  • Ability to operate a forklift, scissor lift and/or stand-up reach lift
  • Must pass a background check, including criminal history and drug test

Responsibilities

  • Maintains function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance program; operating and testing systems and equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts.
  • Improves and evaluates function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by studying performance results; identifying, recommending, and implementing changes, expansions, and additions.
  • Meets maintenance operational standards by contributing maintenance information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems.
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations.
  • Repairs equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other equipment at facility
  • Modifies, lubricates, diagnoses, and operates equipment

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00/hour pay DOE.
Work Schedule: 2 nd shift – 1:00 pm- 9:30 pm (after 2-3 weeks training on first shift)

Job Description

The Facility Technician ensures all the equipment is running and performing as it should to ensure that the processes are able to produce quality parts. This will be accomplished by performing quick and decisive troubleshooting that will fix the issue at its root cause. The individual selected for this role will thrive in an environment that changes daily and the tasks that are needed to be completed change as well. The maintenance technician needs to be self-motivated and work well both independently and as part of a team.
