Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders and complete tasks per SOP in the property's digital work order system.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, appliances, elevators, door locks and electrical systems.
• Oversee property grounds and guest rooms in coordination with staff.
