Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Maintenance Tech in Lincoln, NH to support the maintenance department and operations team. The role requires hands-on readiness to observe, dismantle, inspect, adjust, and repair mechanical systems across the facility, with a 2nd shift schedule (6pm–6am, 36 hours per week).

The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and a proactive attitude, with experience in electrical and plumbing work and the ability to lift up to 75

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of electrical systems and plumbing.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, bend, kneel, and climb as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be local.

Responsibilities

• Observe mechanical devices in operation and listen to their sounds to identify issues.
• Dismantle devices to access and replace defective parts.
• Inspect parts for imperfections and measure to ensure specifications.
• Adjust, lubricate, and clean machinery to maintain optimal performance.
• Utilize welding equipment, machine tools, and hand tools to repair machinery and equipment throughout the facility.
