Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and repair work with production in process areas.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure maintenance aligns with QA policies.
• Maintain and repair maintenance shop equipment.
• Monitor spare parts and inventory and reorder as needed.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to improve plant operations.
• Assist with hiring maintenance personnel.
• Track key maintenance metrics and costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
