Bel Brands USA is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for a Monday–Friday 2nd shift at our Wisconsin plant. You will disassemble, repair, and install parts on mechanical equipment, under supervision for electrical work.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and reliable teamwork in a food manufacturing setting. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in mechanical maintenance, reading drawings, and experience with MS Office and SAP TEMPO.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2+ years in mechanical maintenance.
• Technical diploma or higher in electrical/mechanical fabrication preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and follow safety/environmental practices.
• MS Office experience (Word/Excel/Outlook) and SAP TEMPO preferred.
• Must provide own tools and be able to work any shift.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, reassemble, and replace parts on mechanical equipment.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Provide facility maintenance services and diagnose malfunctions.
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately.
• Follow safety, environmental, and GMP procedures.
• Work with team to identify issues and develop solutions.
