Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring facility and manufacturing equipment are operating safely and efficiently, ensuring the highest level of productivity possible. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for electrical and mechanical preventative maintenance and repairs and also perform rebuilds and adjust machines.

Responsibilities

• Repair & perform preventative maintenance on processing and facilities equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment at an intermediate to advanced level (electrical and mechanical)
• Perform rebuilds and machine adjustments (electrical or mechanical in nature)
• Respond to manufacturing requests over the radio for machine service
• Generate list of repairs needed or machine service requests that can be done on slower processing days
• Evaluate and prioritize task list and perform work accordingly
• Interface with manufacturing supervisors about machine adjustments
• Keep work area clean, follow GMP, and wear appropriate PPE
• Other duties as assigned

• Evalúe y priorice la lista de tareas y realice el trabajo en consecuencia
• Interfaz con los supervisores de fabricación sobre los ajustes de la máquina
• Mantenga el área de trabajo limpia, siga las buenas prácticas de fabricación y use el EPP adecuado

Calificaciones

• Inclinado eléctrica y mecánicamente
• Preferiblemente título electromecánico de 2 años
• Capacidad para seguir instrucciones detalladas específicas
• Debe ser capaz de ajustar la velocidad de trabajo en consecuencia y trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido
• Trabajo en equipo, fuerte comunicación verbal y escrita.
