Position Summary:

The 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician 3 is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility and manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This role supports production by responding to service requests, performing preventive maintenance, and completing repairs to minimize downtime.

Resumen del Puesto:

El Técnico de Mantenimiento Nivel 3 es responsable de dar mantenimiento, diagnosticar fallas y reparar equipos de la planta y de manufactura para asegurar operaciones seguras, eficientes y confiables. Este puesto apoya la producción respondiendo a solicitudes de servicio, realizando mantenimiento preventivo y ejecutando reparaciones para minimizar los tiempos de inactividad.

Responsabilidades Principales:

• Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y reparaciones en equipos de procesamiento y de la planta
• Diagnosticar y reparar equipos de manufactura
• Responder de manera oportuna a solicitudes de servicio de producción
• Priorizar órdenes de trabajo y completar las tareas de manera eficiente
• Realizar otras funciones según se asignen
• Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y segura siguiendo las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (GMP), los procedimientos de seguridad y utilizando el Equipo de Protección Personal (PPE) requerido

Calificaciones:

• Sólidos conocimientos y aptitudes en sistemas mecánicos y eléctricos
• Título o formación técnica en sistemas electromecánicos (preferido) o experiencia equivalente
• Capacidad para operar un montacargas y/o patín hidráulico de manera segura y eficiente
• Capacidad para seguir instrucciones detalladas y procedimientos de seguridad
• Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en un entorno de manufactura de ritmo acelerado
• Fuertes habilidades de trabajo en equipo y comunicación
