Job summary

Advanced Digital Cable is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support high-tech production lines in Hayesville, NC. You will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring machines run safely and efficiently, and contributing to a culture of quality.

Join a fast-paced team with strong emphasis on preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and continuous improvement. Second shift hours are 3:00pm–11:00pm, offering competitive hourly compensation and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma.
• Industrial expertise: Maintains CNC machines, conveyors, motors, pumps, and HVAC systems.
• Core systems knowledge: PLC functionality, VFDs, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Fabrication: Welding (MIG) and metal fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain: Execute preventive maintenance schedules to keep machines in top shape.
• Fix: Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems on the fly.
• Improve: Install equipment upgrades to enhance processes.
• Record: Keep detailed logs to support quality certifications.
