Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Maintenance Technician II at the Mooresville, Indiana distribution center. The role involves leading a maintenance team, performing preventative maintenance on heavy industrial equipment, and troubleshooting AC/DC controls, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics up to 480 volts.

You will manage work orders, document activities, and plan maintenance tasks while ensuring safety policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience with pneumatics, AC/DC motor skills and industrial electrical systems.
• Maintenance related certificate or 2+ years maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Proficient at electrical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Ability to work with high and low voltage, AC and DC.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction to maintenance team and review work orders.
• Perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance including patching, lighting, and conveyor-related tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair controls, process controllers, cabinets, and power supplies.
• Use system software to troubleshoot and monitor conveyor equipment.
• Plan maintenance work orders and enter data into CMMS.
