Job summary

United Alloy Texas is seeking an onsite Maintenance Technician in Seguin, TX to perform general building, grounds, and equipment maintenance within the facility. The role requires electrical, hydraulic, and PLC knowledge, with a focus on preventive maintenance and safe operations.

You will follow maintenance tickets, document time and labor, and ensure adherence to UAI 5S practices and company policies. A strong technical background in fabrication equipment and ERP familiarity is essential for

Qualifications

• Electro-Mechanical degree or strong technical background in electrical, hydraulics, PLCs, pneumatics, HVAC preferred.
• Experience maintaining fabrication and manufacturing equipment.
• ERP knowledge for looking up SROs, P.O. requests, and closing maintenance tickets.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Follow maintenance tickets to perform PMs by due date.
• Adhere to 5S manufacturing practices and ISO requirements.
• Record time and labor using the data collection system.
• Perform general building and grounds maintenance and inspect/clean equipment.
• Stop production if nonconforming parts are detected.
