Qualifications

• Able to work a 2nd shift schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians on the 2nd shift.
• Assign and prioritize maintenance work orders.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot and repair plant processing and packaging equipment.
• Program, troubleshoot, and maintain plant control systems (PLCs).
• Manage the CMMS and spare parts inventory.
• Assist with contractor management and hiring activities.
• Support continuous improvement for equipment reliability.
• Stay current with OSHA regulations and best practices.
• Document coaching, corrective actions, and performance notes.
