Job summary

Tyson Foods' Storm Lake Turkey Plant in Iowa is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift to oversee all plant maintenance and lead maintenance technicians. You will work with the Maintenance Manager to implement policies, ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant environment.

The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, an associate degree, and PLC/SAP/MS Office familiarity. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Lead.
• Experience directing, evaluating and training maintenance staff.
• Proficient in workplace safety programs and GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Assign and track work orders, and balance workloads.
• Train staff on PM programs and SOPs.
• Set expectations for teamwork, attitude, and performance.
• Maintain LOTO documentation.
• Enforce GMP/HACCP/PSM and company policies.
• Audit and improve departmental procedures.
• Develop knowledge of equipment and utilities.
• Prepare and file required reports.
• Oversee parts/inventory with Supply Leadperson.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
