Qualifications

• Five (5) years of supervisory experience, preferably in a union environment.
• Mechanical and/or electronics maintenance experience is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to engage and collaborate across backgrounds.
• An associate degree or higher; equivalent experience with machine tools, welding equipment, and manufacturing gear may be accepted.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and SAP is desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly maintenance personnel, including millwrights, electronics technicians, and construction specialists.
• Provide safety leadership across maintenance activities.
• Assign work, set priorities, and address performance issues.
• Ensure repairs, preventive maintenance, and breakdown work maintain uptime.
• Approve time and attendance for maintenance staff.
• Coordinate with foremen and welding technicians on priorities.
• Offer technical guidance on repairs, troubleshooting, and parts needs.
• Report on safety, quality, and equipment performance regularly.
