Job summary

Carl Buddig and Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in South Holland, IL to lead the maintenance team and ensure safe, compliant operation of all mechanical and electrical systems. The role requires a high school diploma, preferred bachelor’s degree, 4+ years in mechanical/electrical trades, and MS Office proficiency.

Strong print reading, PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, and safety skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Four years experience in the mechanical or electrical trades preferred.
• Completion of recognized program in vocational training for the mechanical or electric trades may substitute for two years experience.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Direct and lead a maintenance team to perform mechanical and electrical maintenance in a safe, accurate and efficient manner.
