Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Electrical and mechanical systems, hydraulics, PLCs expertise.
• Troubleshoot production equipment and guide technicians.
• Strong planning, communication, and team leadership.
• Coordinate contractors and manage project expenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians, set priorities, ensure safety and effective work.
• Coordinate emergency repairs while maintaining preventive maintenance.
• Plan maintenance around availability, equipment needs, and production schedules.
• Investigate recurring equipment failures using root cause analysis.
• Develop technicians through coaching and training.
• Track work orders and maintenance performance to improve reliability.
• Support spare parts and maintain organized storerooms.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Safety teams to meet requirements.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors per plant safety procedures.
• Manage smaller maintenance and capital projects including scheduling and cost tracking.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and QA documentation.
