WMFHA in Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of four maintenance technicians on the 2nd shift. You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance and ensure equipment reliability on the production floor.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong electrical skills, and experience with PLC troubleshooting. Robotics exposure is a plus, with a focus on mentoring the team for technical growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience supervising maintenance personnel.
• Experience leading a team of maintenance technicians.
• Strong electrical skills with PLC troubleshooting and programming preferred.
• Hands-on, floor-driven leadership to drive preventive/predictive maintenance.
