Job summary

RRD is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our 2nd Shift production team in St. Charles, IL. This role includes performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and assisting operators with maintenance tasks. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma and several years of experience. The salary range is $26.26 - $35.93 per hour, with additional benefits including medical coverage, PTO, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Typically requires four to five years’ experience.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret complex diagrams and technical material.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and audits.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with equipment.
• Train and support new and existing team members.
