Job summary

Hospital Central Services Cooperative, Inc. in Camden, NJ is seeking a 2nd Shift Mechanic in our Maintenance department to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production and environmental equipment, ensuring safe, efficient operation.

The position starts at $20–$28.66 per hour, with a $0.50 shift differential and extra pay for Black or Blue Seal boiler license. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience or technical training in electrical/mechanical maintenance.
• Black or Blue Seal boiler license is preferred.
• Understanding of schematics, wiring diagrams, and PPE is preferred.
• Excellent communication and time management skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment and necessary repairs or replacement.
• Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical failures to make repairs.
• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs.
• Record and maintain a daily log of accomplishments.
