Qualifications

• Maintenance experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Assist Plant Engineer with ordering maintenance supplies and spare parts.
• Requires judgment above and beyond standard methods and norms.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, general maintenance and repair on buildings, facilities, machines and equipment.
• Rig, move and install various machine tools and equipment for new installations or plant changes.
• Dismantle and reassemble complex machines, including CNC tools undergoing repairs.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and electronic issues, including circuit boards and motors.
• Replace bearings, bushings, gears, shafts using a wide range of tools.
• Handle building maintenance duties including electrical, HVAC, carpentry and plumbing.
• Plan repair procedures with minimal supervision and direction.
