Qualifications

3–5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong electrical and PLC troubleshooting skills up to 480V and tight control of downtime.
Experience with EAM or SAP maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a maintenance team to achieve operational excellence.
Oversee daily maintenance activities including scheduling, workload prioritization, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMPs, and environmental regulations.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues to minimize downtime.
Review production and maintenance data to identify trends and drive improvements.
Maintain a 5S culture and promote continuous improvement.
