Job summary

Five Below Forsyth is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Lead to ensure high equipment availability for material handling systems. You will lead maintenance techs, diagnose electrical/mechanical issues, and coordinate with external vendors to complete corrective actions.

The role requires PLC and robotics experience, NEC/MHE safety familiarity, and a technical degree or cert with 4+ years in maintenance. Overtime and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Mechanical/Electrical fields or related certs.
• 4+ years in mechanical or electrical maintenance.
• Experience with PLCs, robotics, and industrial networks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical aspects of MHE (conveyors, sortation, forklifts).
• Troubleshoot PLC programs and control components; review wiring diagrams.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for preventive maintenance plans.
• Utilize CMMS (Emaint) to create and close work orders with data.
• Adhere to safety policies and PPE.
