Qualifications

• 5+ years of Industrial Mechanical experience or a two-year technical degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic PC skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English; Spanish preferred.
• Must complete HACCP Certification.
• Forklift License or training within 90 days of hire.
• Strong mathematical ability and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Identify and repair electrical and mechanical defects.
• Lead maintenance for assigned area teams to support line teams.
• Complete preventative maintenance plans to reduce downtime.
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Train operators on maintenance techniques when needed.
• Document all maintenance in CMMS and follow CMMS procedures.
