Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and note maintenance or repair needs.
• Perform basic maintenance on appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
• Install lavatory fixtures, ceilings, floor tiles, locks, glass, doors.
• Fabricate and finish walls, shelving, cabinetry, storage areas.
• Coordinate maintenance and construction work by contractors.
• May provide design input.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
