Job summary

United Direct Solutions is seeking a full-time Mail Sorter for the 2nd shift at our Cincinnati, OH facility. This role processes letters, flats, periodicals, and parcels in accordance with USPS procedures, with hours Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–Midnight.

Pay is $17.00 per hour. The position includes a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career development and advancement. Overtime on Saturdays as needed; peak overtime mid-September to mid-December.

Qualifications

• Must be able to process all mail classes by hand in accordance with USPS and company procedures.
• Able to operate and troubleshoot multiple mail manufacturing equipment.
• Willingness to train new operators on equipment.

Responsibilities

• Process letters, flats, periodicals and parcels by hand following procedures.
• Operate and troubleshoot at least three mail manufacturing machines.
• Train new operators on at least two machine classes.
• Maintain a high level of quality in all work.
• Communicate work status effectively to management.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Assist in fulfilling and manually processing orders.
