Job summary

United Direct Solutions is seeking a Mail Sorter for 1st and 2nd shifts at our Louisville, Kentucky facility. This full-time role involves processing all classes of mail by hand in accordance with USPS procedures and operating multiple mail manufacturing equipment.

You will work Monday through Friday with Saturday overtime during peak seasons, and opportunities for career development and mentorship are available within the company.

Responsibilities

• Able to process all (letters, flats. Periodicals, parcels) classes of mail by hand in accordance with United Direct Solutions and USPS procedures.
• Able to proficiently operate and perform intermediate setup and troubleshooting on at least three class of mail manufacturing equipment.
• Able to train new operators on at least two classes of mail manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain a high degree of quality in all work performed
• Effectively communicate status of work being performed to management.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used in accordance with United Direct Solutions procedures.
• Assist in the fulfilling and manual processing of orders.
