Job summary

Qualifications
- 2+ years of manufacturing, machining, or operations experience.
- 2+ years in manufacturing engineering, tooling, or related technical field.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of machining processes (CNC, fixturing, cutting tools).
- Understanding of gauging principles and quality systems.
Responsibilities
- Supervise wage employees to safely deliver quality products efficiently.
- Lead onboarding, development, discipline, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing plans within Deere Production System.
- Design and develop fixtures, gauges, and CAD drawings (CREO/PDMLink).
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and apply lean principles.
