Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation in New Hope, MN is seeking an Assembler B on the 2nd shift to load, deburr, and inspect parts in the machining area. You will follow job packets, maintain safety, and meet daily productivity goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand 8–10 hours, and operate hand and pneumatic tools. Participation in the annual incentive program is included.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently.
• Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours per day.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Process parts through the area, including incoming, outgoing, and scrap.
• Load, deburr, and wash parts within the area.
• Prepare work by reviewing job packets and work instructions; follow instructions to produce a quality product.
• Demonstrate capability to meet standard productivity levels; meet daily production goals.
• Resolve problems to meet specifications; notify Lead Person or Supervisor to obtain additional resources.
• Maintain paperwork to track safety, quality, cost, delivery, and OEE.
• Participate in a team environment, including involvement in High Performance Work Teams.
• Maintain a safety-conscious attitude and adhere to guidelines.
