Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Paint, Print, Pack Machine Technician 1 – E-Coat to maintain paint equipment, perform PMs, and ensure peak performance. The role emphasizes repairing components, troubleshooting air systems, and maintaining safety standards within the manufacturing cell.

• High School or GED diploma is required.
• Experience in maintenance, mechanical, or technical field at MT or similar employer.
• Understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Advanced mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace worn and broken components
• Troubleshoot all air pumps and regulators
• Make adjustments to equipment to maximize output
• Monitor the lines and assure that each line is operating at 100%
• Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area
• Practice 5Ss
