Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Able to read safety rules, manuals and procedures.
• Reading blueprints, job cards for dimensions and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and job cards for dimensions, tolerances, and production requirements.
• Set up grinding machines, tooling, and components.
• Adjust machine controls for speed, feed rate, and wheel angles.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot equipment to keep production running smoothly.
• Perform routine machine maintenance.
