Job summary

Pratt Industries – Houston is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift, Monday to Friday, 2:30PM–10:00PM. You will operate production machinery, perform setup, cleanup, and troubleshooting to meet customer demand while upholding safety and quality.

Training and teamwork are emphasized to drive plant efficiency. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and prefers candidates with previous manufacturing experience in packaging, paper, or plastics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months+ manufacturing experience preferred, especially in packaging, paper or plastics.
• Ability to read and follow safety, quality and job procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe production area and follow Pratt Industries safety rules.
• Operate and troubleshoot production machinery, including setup and cleaning.
• Help train and assist teammates; support shift coverage and meeting production goals.
