Job summary

Polygon Composites Technology is seeking dependable Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. You will set up, operate, monitor, and maintain equipment to produce high-quality composite products.

Responsibilities include inspecting products, reading work orders and blueprints, and recording production data. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with preferred manufacturing experience and a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment per work instructions.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed to maintain quality.
• Perform quality inspections and document results.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production docs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE/LOTO policies.
• Assist team to meet daily production, quality, and safety goals.
