Job summary

Polygon Composites Technology is seeking dependable Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. Machine Operators set up, operate, monitor, and maintain equipment to produce high-quality composite products.

You will read work orders and blueprints, perform quality inspections, and follow safety policies while supporting a fast-paced production schedule, with shifts including 2nd, 1st, and 3rd as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED or HSE).
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and accurately use basic measuring tools.
• Commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment, monitor machine performance, and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and visual inspection techniques.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, routers, and production documentation.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area and follow all safety policies.
• Complete production records and paperwork accurately.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production, quality, and safety goals.
