Job summary

Polygon Composites Technology is seeking motivated Production Associates to support the manufacturing of high-quality composite products. You will operate production equipment, perform assembly tasks, and help maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

Responsibilities include quality inspections, material handling, machine setups, and accurate recordkeeping. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with preferred manufacturing exposure and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and assist with assembly processes.
• Prepare, move, and organize raw materials and finished products.
• Conduct quality inspections using measuring tools and visual checks.
• Report quality or equipment concerns to supervision.
• Assist with machine setups, changeovers, and basic adjustments.
• Maintain accurate production records and paperwork.
• Follow safety policies, use PPE, and observe LOTO procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production and safety goals.
• Demonstrate commitment to Polygon’s Core Values through teamwork.
