Job summary

OneSource Dunmore, PA seeks a dependable 2nd Shift Machine Operator in Hatfield, PA with prior machine operating experience, especially in packaging or manufacturing. You will be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced production setting.

Position is full-time, temporary, on-site with a 3:00 PM–11:30 PM schedule. Starting pay is $18.00/hour plus a 10% differential. Benefits include health, dental, life, and vision insurance, weekly pay, and direct deposit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience with fill lines or packaging equipment preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read, understand, and record information in English.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, twist, and turn frequently throughout the shift.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines accurately and verify that equipment is ready to begin and complete production cycles.
• Monitor equipment and make adjustments as needed to maintain proper operation.
• Operate machinery efficiently to meet daily production requirements and company performance goals.
• Perform quality checks and maintain accurate records to ensure products meet customer and company standards.
• Assist with packing cartons of finished products.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards by cleaning machines and keeping the production area organized.
• Complete work orders and production paperwork neatly and accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
