Job summary

Penmac Staffing is accepting applications for a Machine Production Operator in Union, MO. This is a full-time, overnight role with weekly pay and day-one benefits. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour.

Shift: 3rd Shift, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Monday-Friday. You'll operate production machinery, move materials, assemble parts, and help maintain quality and safety across the line. Work is on-site in a manufacturing environment with benefits from day one and opportunities to gain valuable manufacturing

Qualifications

• Read and understand simple instructions, correspondence, and work orders.
• Write basic correspondence and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Perform basic math calculations and measure quantities accurately.
• Follow detailed written and verbal instructions to maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment.
• Move raw materials and finished products through the production process.
• Assemble parts and components and trim/clean products to meet quality standards.
• Count, label, package, and wrap products; ensure safety and organization.
