Job summary

Custom Building Products, LLC in Stockton, CA is seeking an experienced Machine Operator for a 2nd shift (4/10 schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM) with overtime and a $1.50 shift differential. You will package products using automated equipment and collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will operate automated equipment, monitor the process, follow safety protocols, and contribute to a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Able to operate automated equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb and handle manual duties.
• Read and understand work orders and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and monitor the production process to ensure quality products.
• Receive instructions and schedules from plant supervision.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly work environment.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance and other departments.
• Work as part of a team with potential for advancement.
